Vitamin for mommies

Hello mommies. Ada tak mommies dkt luar sana yang tak boleh langsung nak telan vitamin yg nurse bagi from Klinik Kesihatan? Even obimin 1-2weeks je boleh telan lepas tu makan muntah sesaja and now kena ambil zinfocer pula. If ambil those vit, confirm akan ke toilet muntah habis ??? thanks mommies. Xx
