how to boost breast milk

I am 39 weeks my breast doesn't seem to produce any milk. Please help what can I eat or drink

You can eat more fish! Lactation cookies at this stage will cause contractions due to flax seed

driving long distance

I am 27 weeks pregnant yesterday i drove about 6 hours. My baby is ussually actice in the morning or after i eat but today i seldom feel him. What cpuld be the problem?

Try lie down or sides / listen to music 6 hours drove, you may need breaks in between
