Salam..nak tnya ada lg ke selain makan kerang,bayam,iberet 2 kali sehari,sy rasa dah mkn smua ikut saranan doc tp hb sblm ni sama je 8.9 mkin cari mknan yg perlu utk naikkan darah smlm ambil darah jd 8.5 pulak.. skrg kena stop milo atau yg bersusu pula..

    Sy dr awal pun hb low. Skrg dh almost 30 weeks. Mmg avoid terus milo, teh, kopi, susu, air gas. Mkn iberet sekali dgn vitamin c, Alhamdulillah naik jugak hb. Mkn mmg kena jaga betul2. Main meal, elakkan makan telur, tempe. Biar ada nasi, protein(ayam/daging/ikan), sayur2 dan buah je. Masa makan kena tetap. Mkn main meal, x boleh minum barli, sirap. Air limau, ok.
