do the breast get less tender/sore in second trimester?

currently in my 13th week 6days, somehow my breast feel less sore this morning. Is it normal to feel that in second trimester? can the soreness/tenderness come and go at this stage ?#firstbaby #advicepls

Nausea got worst at 12th week ?

i'm currently 12weeks 2days, this is my second pregnancy( i lost the first one at 6thweek) Had a bad nausea+ vomiting since week 4 but i believe some mommies got it worst. However, since 5days ago, i noticed my nausea and vomiting intensified very badly. I feel bitter in my mouth almost 24/7, and vomit even just drinking milo 🥺 I need to know if it's normal for the nausea/vomiting/fatigue to get worst towards the end of first trimester, and any tips please . Thankyou so much in advance ♥️
