hello mga mommies another question po for first time mom huhu , ayaw ko po ng sweets more on maaalat po gusto kong kainin , kahit yung cake mas bet ko lagyan ng asin huhu basta maalat g ako kainin any advice po para maiwasan ko yung pagcrave ko sa maaalat😭😭

As much as possible avoid too much salty foods, it will not be good for you and your baby. It may lead to preeclampsia which is not good.

Safe ba uminom araw araw ng milo?

hello po , first time mom po ako pwede po ba ako uminom ng uminom ng Milo everyday? yun lang po kasi gusto kong inumin , and yung milk is lagi ko po sinusuka. Salamat po sa sasagot

Hangga't maaari po hindi kasi mataas po sa sugar ang milo. Meron n pong mga milk ngayon for pregnant n iba't iba ndin po ang flavor. Pwede niyo po i-try yun Mi mas safe p po. 😊
