Frozen breastmilk

Hello po mommies. Any suggestions po pra ma preserve yung frozen bmilk. My power interruption po kasi sa amin sa saturday from 6am-6pm.. baka matunaw yung na save ko. Once thawed d bah d na pwedeng i frozen ulit? Thank you #advicepls

Once thawed hindi na po pwede i-freeze ulit pero pwede pa po yun inumin ni baby within 24 hours under ref temp
