Share ko lang advice ng ob ko. Just had my check up the other day and i raised this concern. Sabi niya hot or warm compress lang daw ilagay sa upper abdomen, or mag init ng isang kutsarang manzanilla gamit ang kandila and apply sa upper abdomen din.. WAG sa may puson! Also, for prevention iwasan kumain ng heavy meal dapat konti konti lang, iwasan ang fatty foods like mga ginisa.. no to spicy foods din. This is for those momsh struggling dahil bloated lagi. Yun lang. Hope this can help. God bless! ☺️

Mga momsh, where can i buy a doppler aside sa Berovan? And magkano po kaya? 10k po kasi sa berovan, baka may nakakaalam na may less expensive. Thank you! ?
