I'm 8 weeks preg but somehow yest I started to get pain, as though I'm having Menses and a bit bleed

Bleed was on and off, I've experienced with my 3rd pregnancy which lead to miscarriage, so for this 4th pregnancy,I'm Quite scare to go through this phase again. Any Mom facing this? TIA

mild cramp is okay dear. but if ur cramp is bad, u got to see the doc. i had cramps and spotting and doc diagnosed me with threatened miscarriage. i was given duphaston. cramp stopped. weeks later, i saw spottings. i was told that spottings was ok. just monitor. but actually it wasnt ok. so if u dont feel good, trust ur gut and see ur gynae. my spotting was not alot at week 9-10. no cramps. but then i was told that i had missed miscarriage. hopefully ure okay :) stay strong.
