Lewat HPL

Hpl usg saya tanggal 25 , dan sampe sekarang belum muncul tanda² . Sedangkan hpl bidan tanggal 30 november, gimana ya bunda cara agar cepet kontraksi? Ini kehamilan pertama saya ???

    Makan nanas, kurma , Nanik turun tangga , Hb say Ama pksu , jalan , jongkokk , main gym ball , insyaallah sebelum tgl 30nov udh lahir
