my baby has a yellow teeth

My baby's first two teeth has a yellow stain. I brush her teeth twice a day with a toothpaste for 0-2 years old. How come my baby's teeth are yellow? Can someone advice me something im worried. Im a first time mom.

Maybe because of the vitamins. My daughter's teeth has black stains from taking iron.
