normal ke sakit bawah perut?

hai mommy2 semua..sya sdah 19week, saya nk tya normal ke rasa sakit bawah prut? sllu time saya bngun tdo terasa mcm bnde keras je..nk jln pn sakit..lepas tu nanti lama2 okey..sya tiada pngalaman..ni first baby..☺☺
