    rasa tiger balm agak panas sis. sy pulak kerap kembung perut & angin badan. tp dah byk baca, sapu minyak boleh tapi elakkan kawasan perut. sapu kat dada, belakang badan, kaki camtu ok. klu bole jgn guna minyak yg panas sgt la. guna yg light2 cam yuyee ke, mastika ke.
