Any sugguestion po para tumaas ang dugo? Umiinom naman po ako ng ferrous with folic acid, i have din po ferrous iron 1 bottle for blood. Pwede ko po kaya pagsabayin ang paginom ng ferrous with folic acid and 1 tablet din ng ferrous iron? #6monthpreggy #1stimemom #advicepls .

Low blood mababa hemoglobin sis? Pero ung ferrous at iron same lang yan. Iron supplements mga yan. Kumain ka din green leafy vegetables. Mga dahon dahon at mga gulay ganyan. Tsaka mga seafoods, fish at liver. Pero in moderation mga yan kasi sa vitamin A. Hinde pede sobra sa buntis.
