Good evening mga ka mommy,, Tanong ko lang po kung pwede mag pasa ng medical certificate na nagpatunay na ikaw ay buntis or need talaga yong ultrasound sa pag file ng SSS mat 1.. thanks sa maka sagot..

Ung nagpasa po ko ng maternity notification, ang attached kong document is copy ng ultrasound ko together with ung written explanation ng ultrasound ko
