Hamil 8week belum ada janin

Bun aku USG tranvaginal. Harusnya sudah 8week tapi belom ada janin. Dan sempat flek kecoklatan. Dokternya nyuruh balik lagi 2 Minggu. Takut gak berkembang. Ada yang sama ga Bun ? Tapi dokternya ga ngasih vit atau penguat kandungan. Tapi saya beli sendiri penguat karna takut
