Hi, ask ko lang if nakakaranas din kayo ng pamamanhid ng buong katawan. The first time na maexperience ko ito uminom ako ng isang tasa ng kape. This is the third time na naexperience ko to and ngayon sobrang uncomfortable nya to the point that I cant sleep unlike before. I'm 25 weeks pregnant.

Ganyan din ako dati, when I was pregnant sobrang pamamanhid ng katawan at prang may maninikip ng dibdib, so decided to consult a doctor, I wanted to take a Med even though I'm pregnant but he refuse. Sabi nya kasi stress breakdown yun. Yung sobrang pag alala sa mga bagay na di dpat. Overthinking prng ganun.
