How To Prepare A Preschooler?

Hi! I have a child to prepare for preschool. She's 3 years old now but I'm worried coz she still cannot construct sentences when speaking or can't express her feelings on particular situations. I think she's a late talker but in her actions she's very active and smart. Do you have any tips on how to develop her communication skills? Thank you ?

Kung nanonood sya mg tv or gumagamit ng gadgets, maybe pwede natin ilimit.. Then more on talking mommy... Kausapin mo lang sya ng kausapin. Parang lahat ng makikita nya, sasabihin mo kung ano yun..
