Nag ask na pala po kau sa Doctor.. Edi sundin nio po pau ng doctor nio.. Sakin kasi binigyan ako ng ob ko ng Vitamin,, iron and Calcium and kumain padn ng healthy foods... Dipende po sa inyo if un advised mg doctor niio..
