Hai mga sis first tym ko lng dito mag ask lang ako cmula dalaga pa ako irregular periods tlga ako ngaun 22 na ako at may asawa na din at gusto na dn nmn mag ka anak ang kaso dahil nga irregular periods ako kaya di ako mabuntis buntis ano ba dapat kong gawin or inumin para mag ka mens ako hulie kong regla is july 16-20 tapos nung july 27 nag karoon ulit ako pero di masyado malaks sana matolongan nyo po ako salamat

Magpaalaga po kayo sa OB. Try nyo din mag take ng folic acid habang nag coconceive. Iwasan ang stress, mapagod at mapressure
