Dermoid Cyst Removal during pregnancy

Hi mommies. Anyone here who has dermoid cyst during pregnancy? Im currently in my 15th weeks of pregnancy and my OB adviced me to have my dermoid cyst removed before my 5th month so that i wont have to worry for any complications while giving birth and also for me to have the baby delivered normally (I had two children born under normal delivery). Also i can opt for CS operation prior to my due date and have the demoid cyst removed together with the baby. Pls help me decide. Thank you mommies.

Just had my operation in nov 2018 right after my 1st tri.. i had it both ovaries at medyo malaki na sya 15cm if i remembered it right.. mas ok daw sya alisin habang maliit pa si baby kasi baka magrapture sya pag malaki na tummy ko mas delikado so i had it removed
