ari2 berdenyut

hai, saya sekarang tgh pregnant 4 bulan..saya nak tnya ibu2 kat sini pernah tak rasa sakit berdenyut dan ngilu kat bahagian ari2? macam senggugut period? dah 2x saya rasa sakit kat bahagian ari2 bila saya berdiri lama or saya aktif buat kerja rumah yang ringan2..bahaya tak ibu2?
