Frequent stooling for about a week now.

My baby is 7 months 26 days old.For the past one week now,she has been passing watery stool for about 5 times daily.Some people say it is as a result of teething but am getting worried.Pls,is there any drug i could administer to her to reduce this frequent stooling .She is my first child.Thanks for your quick responses.God bless all mothers.

Uhealed belly button

My 1 month 22 days baby's belly button healed about some weeks ago but few days ago it stuck out kind of a piece.I took her to hospital,the Mid wife says I should mixed blue seaVaseline and rub and apply it daily on it.she also said I should by ampiclox drop to be giving her.Pls,anybody with an idea of how to go about it.Thanks

Baby demanding for too much breast

Good day all,I need an urgent reply.Our baby demands breastmilk every minute and once she is forced to remove her mouth from breast,she will start crying uncontrollably as if she was pinched.We have decided to adopt exclusive breastfeeding but the manner she sucks is scaring.My wife complains bitterly.Giving her water now is not an option.We want to start giving her water but we were discouraged. What do we do?

Baby below 6mo shouldnt be given water. Baby is probably going through a growth spurt or a mental leap. If direct latching is too overwhelming, perhaps try expressing breast milk and feed baby in a bottle/cup/syringe

Baby might not be purely suckling for breastmilk. It could be comfort latch whereby the baby feels safe and comfort from latching. It's their way of being connected to mummy. 😊

I am 27weeks 5days!Today my Dr.gave me a note for scan and wrote this""FH is not corresponding with LMP history""pls,what does it mean?Hope there is no cause for alarm.

It means Fetal Height is not corresponding with Last Menstrual Period. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, as there is usually +/- 1 week difference of due date based on LMP. And baby can grow quickly very fast, usually when you hit third trimester.
