Ano po gagawin para mas ma open ang cervix at bumaba na si baby? 4cm na po ako pero di parin sya totally open .😞

38 weeks na dn ako mommy 3cm nako now nag ttake primrose pero mataas pa dw si baby kaya advise sken more lakad at patadtad na dw ako

Normal lang po ba na medyo masakit yung surroundings ng belly button or yung pusod mismo? I am 7months pregnant na po . masakit kapag masyadong naka bend yung katawan and kapag hahawakan

Not normal at 3 months sis. Too early to feel that po sabi ng OB ko, but better ask your OB din just to be sure.
