7 days delayed, 1 day mens but negative PT result

Hello po! Nagtataka lang po ako bakit sabi sa mens app tracker ko, delayed po ko ng 7 days. Tapos isang araw lang po ko nag bleed. Akala ko po mens na kaso 1 day lang po. Sa ika 9th day, negative naman po sa PT. What to do po? Please help. Thanks po.
