hello mga momsh itatanong ko lang sana if sino dito may acid reflux since buntis po? im 6weeks pregnant pero madalas mo umaatake yung heartburn ko at tyan ,ano po kayang pwedeng home remedy na pwedeng gawin ? salamat po

Much better to ask your OB po pero ang nireseta po ng OB ko sakin nung time na sobrang mag acid ang tiyan ko then suka pa ng suka ay gaviscon tab po. Chewable po yun and itetake 30 mins after meal. Bawal din kumain ng mga pagkain na pwedeng magpaacid ng tiyan like milk, citrus fruits or kung anong nagpapatrigger ng tiyan nyo para mangasim. May nireseta pa syang vitamins na Bee All Tablet. 3xa day iinumin if kasabay ng pag aacid reflux is pagsusuka na halos lahat ng kakainin mo ay isusuka mo po.
