Constipated 6months old baby

Hi,Mommies. Need your opinion/advise po sana. My baby has hard stool po (as seen in the photo).She poops almost every other day and cries whenever her stool passes. She is currently taking mashed sayote. Her current milk is Enfamil. Any suggestion po on how to relieve / cure my baby's constipation? Nagtetake na rin po sya ng water every feeding. Thank you in advance.

water and fruits po. orange or ponkan high in fiber po yun may vitamin c pa. and also papaya.
