Need some advise pregnant wife week7

Pregnant wife week 7 feeling unwell. Body temperature around 36.9 No flu. Can take panadol?

Normal paracetemol, yes. Not the extra ones ok. But if possible try not to take any unless if really unnecessary like really have fever. Otherwise a good rest is very much needed. Normal to feel that way in the early stages. Let her rest as much as she can as she is going through alot of changes in her body.
