Cesarean And pregnant

Hi po , to all pinay momshies here.. Ask lng ako, what to do ? Im a 1 yr and 2 months cesarean section of my 2nd baby.. And yesterday I FOUND OUT im PREGNANT ,52days ... what should i do? or can you give me some advices
