14weeksand6days but wala pang ma detect na heartbeat

Hello po.First tym mom here ?. Nitong July 2 last naging period ko then nitong Aug hanggang ngayong October wala parin ako period. So nag decide ako mag pt. Nitong October 4 at positive naman po yung result. First tym ko magpa checkup sa polyclinic. 14weeks and 6days na ang tummy ko pero wala pang marinig na heartbeat? pero di pa po ako nagpapa ultrasound. Possible po ba na safe yung baby namin?Di pa po ako nagpapa ultrasound at worry din po ako syempre sana safe yung bby ?
