Hi mommies! Sino na po dto naka avail ng salary differential from companyand pano po process ng company nyo? Part po sya ng expanded maternity law

dapat po more than 20k ang monthly salary (basic pay plus allowances) to qualify sa salary differential. ako po nag email sa HR namin directly kasi 25k total salary and allowances per month pero sa binigay nilang computation di nila sinama yung allowances. depende po ata sa company pero better to coordinate with your HR po mommy.
