hello po, currently 40w and 3d pero no signs of labor parin kahit araw araw po ako nag lalakad, any tips?

sabi naman ng OB, may allowance pa na 14 days after mag 40 weeks eh. gawin niyo po yung mga exercise sa YT po para mag active labor kayo.

Hi po, kahapon nagpa ultrasound ako tapos ang lumabas na EDD ko is August 31. nung May 30 po ang first ultrasound ko, and EDD ko naman po ron is Sept 23, naguguluhan po ako

Follow mo ang 1st ultrasound. Kung naka pa tvs ka noon mas accurate yun sundin
