Panglinis sa tahi

Normal delivery po ako, pero may tahi sa pwerta ko. pano nyo po nililinis ung tahi sa pwerta nyo??? May betadine po ako ginagamit kapag nagwawash., gumagamit din ba kayo ng alcohol?? then gaano katagal ung healing process? thanks in advance sa sasagot.

breast milk expiration

Question: Nagpumped ako ng BM for my lo, then i-tatake nya din within the day, do i need to place the BM sa refrigerator?? o kahit hindi na, room temperature lang??? Then ilang oras itatagal ng pumped BM na hindi na ilalagay sa ref?? thanks in advance.
