I am 6 weeks and no fetal. Heart Beat and growth. But I don't have any bleeding or pain. Is this a sign of. Miscarriage?

No. Fetal. Heart Beat And No GROWTH

I am 7 weeks according to LMP. But today tye ultrasound doesn't show any heart beat and the growth was as it is like in 6 weeks.shpuld I be worry? I'd this a sign of miscarriage

Dark. Brown Discharge

I need to ask i have dark. Brown spotting in 6 weeks of pregnancy and it was just for once last night. Today I have little abdominal and back cramping. I am. Worried if it's miscarriage, or threatened abortion or normal? Kindly share your experiences

Its normal to have discharge but if its dark/red then should consult doctor
