Severe itchiness

Hello po. Ask ko lang po sino po sa inyo nakaka experience ng pangangati ng paa most of the time. Parang na iirritate po eh meron na nga pong konting sugat kasi i can't help but scratch it po. Usually the itchiness starts to occur during the night. Always naman po akong naliligo at half bath sa gabi. Ano po ba pwedeng cream or remedy ang pwedeng e apply? Tapos nag da dry po skin ko. I'm on my 26 weeks of pregnancy na po. Thanks po sa mga suggestions or recommendations. ?
