irritably baby

Since yesterday up to now my baby is more sensitively, mostly she is crying out loud. My inlaw shes that my baby has a colic make her crying, that why i always put manzanella on her tummy,foot and also to her head...putting sock. Im so worried with my baby, i want to bring my baby to our health center but our cities is under mecq. In our boundery theirs a barangay officials whos on duty...bawal lumabas protocol even you have a facemask and faceshield they will huli you no matter what. Im open to any suggetion to ease my baby irritably feeling. Love you all mothers like me.
