Ang tubal ligation po ay permanent contraception, after ng operation few days lang na hindi ka pwede magbuhat ng mabigat and you're good. Magmemens ka pa rin po pero as I've said, permanent na po siya. wala ka na pong iisipin after the operation. ang IUD naman po ay long term contraception, maximum 12 years po itatagal nya sa loob ng uterus mo, made of copper siya, safe naman siya pero since ipapasok yan sa katawan mo, foreign body yan, may mga instances na nagkakaron ng changes sa menstruation. tsaka kailangan din na ichecheck mo lagi yung parang string na nakakabit sa IUD para malaman mo kung tama pa rin ba ang placing nya kase pwede siyang matanggal ng di mo namamalayan.. then Pag pinatanggal mo siya, pwede ka pa rin mabuntis kung gusto mo.
