Sugar intake

Ano po kaya pwede ko kainin na hindi mataas ang sugar? Pinapamonitor po kasi ng obgyne ko sugar level ko eh. 8weeks pregnant

    Iwas sis sa mga sweets like chocolates, ice cream etc. Kung nag rice po pwede mag switch sa brown or red rice. Actually po even naman ang fruits is ma sugar din. I think po dapat lang is in moderation talaga and mas better po frequent ang intake ng mga green leafy veggies para ma control dn ang sugar. Mahirap minsan umiwas sa mga sweets db hehe pero bsta in moderation po talaga. Then if hindi po kayo bed rest, try po maglakad lakad every day kaht 20mins lng 🙂
