24 weeks pregnant

3 days ko na nararamdaman yung mild menstrual cramps... humihilab tyan ko sumasakit tagiliran and yung lower back ko. Sinabi ko to sa OB ko and it’s not normal daw. Bed rest ako and pinapainom ako ng heragest 200mg gel cap 2x daily for 5 days. May naka experience din bang ganito mommies? Ano ang mga do’s and don’ts #pleasehelp #1stimemom
