sering bangun malam hari

bun ada yang sering ngalamin gag ya punya anak 1-3 tahunan sering bangun di malam hari dan tidur gag nyenyak, bagaimana ya cara mengatasi biar tidur anaknya bisa nyenyak,makasih

    anak aku dulu juga gitu bun, tapi lama kelamaan tidurnya pules. tapi sebelum anakku tidur, badannya aku pijit dulu sambil dibalurin minyak telon kadang ampuh, tidurnya jd nyenyak.
