Vitamins for Lactation

Hi momshies. Meron ba kayong vitamins in preparation for lactation? 32 weeks pregnant here. Sabi ng friend ko.. Binigyan daw sya ng vitamins before ng OB nya. Nakalimutan ko kasi itanong sa OB ko last week.

Ako, I’m taking Feralac (malunggay) capsules twice a day since I turned 37 weeks. 🤰🏻 I asked my OB and sabi niya puwede naman daw na mga around 34 weeks ata ako nun. 😅 Nowadays nag-iincorporate na din ako ng malunggay leaves sa mga kinakain ko. Once I give birth I’m planning to add M2 in my diet. ☺️
