Vitamins (1st time mom)

Hi to all momshies out there! I'm 10 weeks and 6 days pregnant but until now wala pa po akong check up due to ECQ. Pwede kaya ako mag take ng vitamins kahit wala pa reseta from OB? And anong vitamins po kaya ang maganda? Thank you ?
