hi daddy! sobrang sakit po ng ganun. it could be breast engorgement - when the breasts are painfully full and then mas madaming napoproduce na milk vs nailalabas. if kaya po ni mommy mgpump more than once, mas better. para masignal ang brain niya (and thus her breasts) that baby still needs plenty of milk. kapag palagi pong once per shift lang ang pumping niya, baka akalain po ng body ni mommy hindi na ganun kataas ang demand for milk, baka bumaba ang supply eventually. if the pain persists kahit ngpapafeed siya and nagpupump always best consult po ob or lactation specialists. hope this helps po!
