Anyone ever have a milk blister or milk bleb while Breastfeeding?

How did you treat it? If you burst it yourself how did you do it? I have tried warm compresses. Went to see my ob gyn and she days she couldn't do anything. It hurts like crazy. I'm almost stopping breastfeeding because of this!
