hi moms, ask ko lang if anu mga kailangang documents para maiprocess yung maternity benefits mo? nakapagnotify na ako sa sss na pregnant ako. after giving birth, anu po mga kailngan isubmit sa kanila? thanks

is it safe po ba na magpa-adjust ng braces during your pregnancy? some people say na masama daw. pero hindi namn ako pinabawalan ng aking OB. any clarification about this mga mommies?

For me po, di naman masama kasi magpapaadjust ka lang ng braces.. Yung masama po jan is yung nagpabunot ka, yun po ang bawal dahil may anesthesia at kailangan mong uminom ng antibiotics.
