High Blood Pressure Pregnancy "Diet"

Hello! Mommies out there! Pa help naman po ako,baka meron kayo mga magagandang idea sa pag da-diet ng buntis na high blood na pasok sa budget and healthy diet po. Medyo mataas kasi bp ko,need diet maliban sa meron maintenance ang o.b na binigay sakin.. Pregnant for my 2nd child 9weeks #advicepls #pregnancy #pleasehelp

Mataas din BP ko during pregnancy at nagka pre eclampsia ako because of that. According kay OB ko before, less rice, iwas sa matataba, mamantika, maalat na pagkain. Iwas din sa red meat at processed foods, instant noodles at canned goods. May nireseta din po sakin medicine noon.
