labor signs

Good evening mga momshies. Im 39 weeks pregnant, kanina na IE ako at 4cm na. Normal lang ba na may bleeding? Pero di naman madami. At ngayon, sobrang sakit ng lower back ko parang may dysmennorhea pero may interval siya 5-10 mins then sasakit na naman.. Is it a sign of labor na ba? Thanks

Hi mga mommies to be and mga mommies na ? ok lang ba sa buntis ang efficacent oil or vicks? Or any ointment na pd ipahid for headache? Araw araw kasi maskit ulo ko pero sabe nila normal lang to during first trimester ng pagbubuntis.
