Hello po, its me again! Tanong lang po sana ako, Need po 6-8hours of sleep if mag pa laboratory kinabukasan? I worked till midnight kasi and schedule ko sana tomorrow for lab at 6am. Okay lang ba 4-5hrs of sleep? Thank you po!☺️

hello mhie! 2nd tri ko na ftm din, nagpalaboratory na rin. For me, necessary na may enough sleep although mas concern ang fasting talaga ng mga medtech.
