Heart burn and Stomach bloated

Im currently week 14 of prenancy, hv on n off heartburn and stomach bloated. Went to see GP was prescribed with Axcel Eviline Forte Antacids, famotidine and domperidone. I went to google actually Antacid is nt advisable to be taken during pregnancy, any mummy hving the same issue here..

Is it safe to consume EPA and DHA salmon omega supplement during week 5 of pregnancy ?

It’s great to add on supplements that you couldn’t obtain in your diet! But I will still leave the dosage recommendation to my healthcare provider
