Pano po maiwasan nega thoughts

Ano po gagawin pag di po mapigil yung pag worry? First time mom po, 6 weeks preggy. Bed rest din po ako. Pag ako mag-isa ano ano po naiisip kong di maganda. Parang napapagod or nagsasawa or nag woworry para sa baby ko.
