3cm na 38weeks 5days pero wala pa din pong hilab ano po kaya magandang gawin ko ?

    ‘Eto momshie try mo.. Pregnancy exercises sa youtube.. maglakad lakad din & squatting.. papaya, dates and pineapple papalambot ng cervix.. nipple stimulation din pampahilab ng tyan.. tsaka pwedeng mkipag contact kay hubby pra mag open na ung cervix..
